Ok I'm not a HUGE peanut Butter fan but....
when I was in grade school they used to serve us a peanut butter and honey sandwich with our soup every wednesday and I loved it- but honestly I could never replicate it. When I tried at home to just make simple pb and honey it always was stiff- delicious but the texture wasn't that smooth creamy stuff from my childhood- and I digress- BUT I DON'T GIVE UP!
So one day I was reading some ingredients on one of my favorite sandwich creams and found PALM OIL and I thought, hmmm why not I'll give it a go becuase I tried sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, golden syrup and a manner of other things which may have been tasty- but wasn't what I remembered.
So I grabbed my Organic Virgin Palm Oil, Really Raw Honey, and Creamy Peanut Butter and success!!
So here's what you do-
In a medium/smallish bowl you simply put
2 tbsp Organic Palm Oil
4 tbsp really raw honey
4-5 tbsp creamy peanut butter
stir until mixed and enjoy it!
Dip fruit in it, put it on your toast, make a sandwich, have fun like you're still 6 years old and share it with a kid you love.
The palm oil and raw honey make this a healthy option for snacking :-)
