HI ALL!
I wanted to stop here and give you all some critical updates and information regarding exactly WHAT'S GOING ON with Butters-N-Bars at present.
WE ARE NOT OUT OF BUSINESS, NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS
So please if you have placed an order, don't be alarmed because we are not presently processing ANY NEW ORDERS while we work on some very important things.
FIRST THING- We're clearing out ALL old orders and it's taking some time as many of you who actually managed to reach us (still having email issues and we'll get to that as well)
Amidst the confusion of the big transition and move we've sustained "technical injuries" and some orders were displaced, some orders were actually labeled as shipped and were not and the only way we have been able to find this out s by you giving us a hand and reaching out to us to let us know you haven't received your order- particularly if it's been a while- so let us here from you please. RELAUNCH IS SCHEDULED FOR EARLY MAY(first week of May and we'll talk about this as well) and all these orders will be shipped before this happens!

SECOND THING- If you've stopped in to try and make an order at present you will get an error message. As stated we have stopped taking in new orders in order to clear out our ledgers of all orders placed and again if you placed an order, didn't hear from us, then first please forgive us for the miscommunication. Secondly please reach out as soon as possible. We are closely monitoring email right now looking to hear from you- especially if you placed an order MONTHS ago and haven't received it- then we need to hear from you.

THIRD THING- Due to some security issues we have had with our previous payment processor and refunds will need to be handled through your financial institution directly. We have parted ways with our previous payment processor (who just happened to be Paypal) due to some MAJOR issues and being frank they are holding a ridiculous sum of money that came from the last several months of transactcions preocessed through them and because the account is no longer active (in the sense that BNB is no longer using them to process new orders) I can not access the funds to give refunds manually. However,it's there and unfortunately refunds will have to be taken through the financial institition you used at time of checkout- whether that was paypal and you have to file a claim- or if you paid with a debit or credit card then you will have to go through the chargeback process.
PLEASE KNOW THAT WE HOPE NOONE NEEDS TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS SO PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS YOU READ THIS

FOURTH THING- WE'RE PLANNING A HUGE RELAUNCH OF BUTTERS-N-BARS
Coming away from such a difficult time on personal levels and business levels we feel like it's time to start anew. We aren't going to turn the page, not starting a new chapeter- NOPE! We're throwing that raggedy old book away and getting a whole new one and we're not looking back :-)
This will mean and cleaner look and feel, streamlined product lines as we get rid of some things and bring in new things a better customer experience with a dedicated email support which will be available sunday through thursday.
This means we're FINALLY going back to our old standard of processing times of 1-4 business days for ALL orders!!!YAAYY
AND THIS IS WHY WE SIMPLY CAN NOT TAKE IN ANYTHING NEW BECAUSE IT'S A CLEAN SLATE and we thank you all so much for hanging in here with us.

In addition to changes on the website BNB is adding a local pick up option as well as and looking forward to doing a few "Meet and Greets" this summer and they will be on an RSVP basis. You all know I love to cook, lol , so there'll be free food and product demos and more and all you "Georgia Peaches" we hope to see you here!

 On days when I felt like I'd "fall off the edge" I'd get a virtual hug from one of you via text or email telling me to get up and dust myself off, telling me how strong I really am and I appreciate that you all believe not only in the products that I sell but also my company and me as an individual- that means a lot to me and I honestly don't mind if BNB is never a huge corporate entity as long as I have customers like you all that literally help build the foundation of who we are and what we stand for as a business.
You all are my extended family and I can't thank you enough, through the chaos and the difficulty, through communication breaks and bad reviews from some customers who thought "not so good thoughts" of me due to the aforementioned- thanks for still being here and we're coming back strong to make it all up to you.
WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID- LOOK OUT FOR THE NEXT EMAIL NEWSLETTER LETTING YOU KNOW WHEN THE OFFICIAL RELAUNCH IS AND AGAIN MY FAMILY AND I THANK YOU SO MUCH- your patience and continued support through all of this really does mean the world to us.

Wow, I'm sorry that you're going through this, but I believe, no I KNOW, that you will come back stronger than ever! I always recommend butters-n-bars to anyone looking for oils and butters and have always been satisfied with my orders.

Go slow, and don't forget to take time out for yourself and to speak God's word over yourself and your business! May He continue blessing you going forward!

Thank you for the update. I did have to do a chargeback which wasn't difficult through my bank. I waited two months before I did it because I really wanted the well trusted products I became familiar with by way of BNB. I've never missed a business like I've missed yours. I'm thankful that you are still in business and working things out. I'm looking forward to placing my first relaunch order.

Thank you for the update and for your transparency. I am not going anywhere, I will continue to be part of the BNB family (can't do without my black soap and Shea butter). Can't wait for the relaunch and to celebrate with you and the rest of the family. I am glad to be part of the BNB family. I have always been happy and satisfied here. Head up, be encouraged. What does not break you will make you stronger and wiser from lessons learned via experience.

Just read the newsletter. Thank you for the detailed update. It's great you're taking a breather from orders to prepare for a huge relaunch of Butters-N-Bars. It's a shame that company got in the way of your business, but at least everything is coming back into place and more. God bless. I look forward to seeing what's new.
